Professional Responsibility

Haggerty Museum of Art

I interned at Haggerty Museum of Art the fall semester of '21. Here I interned under Christine Fleming who is the Manager of Community Engagement. During my time here I learned how to teach in a museum setting, and am now able to educate visiting students on the various pieces of artwork that are displayed.

Student Teaching

I student taught at Pewaukee Lake Elementary grades K5, First, Second and Fifth from August '23 to November '23! During my time there I learned how to teach in a TAB (Teaching for Artistic Behavior) classroom which was the most fun I have had! I opened up many stations like the drawing station, collage, painting, ETC, and taught basic skills in each.

Moving on to Secondary ED, at Kettle Moraine High School, I taught grades 9-12 in classes of Sculpture, Life Drawing, and AP. Here I was able to teach a stained glass unit in Sculpture, an abstract still life unit in Life Drawing, and run critique as well as mentor and demonstrate other skills in AP
